Franklin County Vacuum is a Miele dealer, offering the Miele HomeCare line of vacuum cleaners in our store.  The Miele HomeCare lineup is a collection of vacuum cleaner products that are offered for purchase only through Miele Authorized Dealers.  It provides the consumer with a personalized experience in shopping for a vacuum by coming into our store, so that we can help you in assuring  you purchase the right vacuum for your needs.  The HomeCare lineup also features a longer warranty than the national models that would be purchased from box stores or online.  HomeCare vacuums are warrantied for 5 years inclusively and 10 years on the motor and casing, as opposed to 2 years inclusively and 7 years on the motor and casing.  We can however special order any vacuum cleaner that Miele offers, and have it for you in under a week.
